I am from Kerala, I own a rent house in Chennai, I faced issues with Tenant in vacating, since more than 4 months the tenant did not pay rent, his advance amount too got reduced, luckily I took your advice and made an extended agreemt and got it registered it online, now I am quit relaxed that I am in the new tenant act. Thank you so much for your guidance, not even a lawyer knows what you know, they simple say send a notice. 5 stars for you !
